CPR/AED -Heart Saver

  • Adult CPR deals with victims eight years of age or older. This course covers all cardiac and breathing emergency skills, including how to perform rescue breathing, clear an obstructed airway, and perform one rescuer CPR.

Standard First Aid

  • Length of course: 3 hours
  • Trains participants to identify and care for victims of illness and sudden injuries. You will learn how to control bleeding, minimize the effects of shock, and care for musculoskeletal injuries and sudden illness due to poisoning and heat and cold related emergencies. CPR/AED/BLS-Health Care Providers

  • Length of course: 4 hours
  • This course is for health care providers (EMS personnel, physician assistants, physicians, dentists, nurses, respiratory therapists and general care providers) who are required to have credentials displaying successful completion of a CPR course. The BLS Health Care Provider CPR Course provides many of today’s healthcare professionals the ability to determine life-threatening emergencies, utilize CPR and relieve choking in a safe and effective manner. Training covers topics such as pediatric and adult CPR, including 2-rescuer scenarios and use of the bag mask, foreign-body airway obstruction, use of automated external defibrillation (AED) with CPR

NOTE

Class schedule depends on enrollment. The minimum enrollment is 4 and the maximum is 10. Course cost includes the Healthcare Provider Student Manual. (Students will receive any additional items ordered at the class.) Students may reschedule prior to the class without incurring additional charges. “No Shows” will be charged a $10.00 rescheduling fee. All refunds will be charged a 7% processing fee, and will be less the cost of the student manual and shipping, if the manual has been sent to the student prior to class.
